It’s official! Darling Harbour opens today (October 21!) Our kitchen team begun their preparations over the past few days. Wrapping dumplings again and again (because we know you love them so much!)
Darling Harbour will reopen its doors on October 21, with lunch being the first meal on offer! You will find all the popular favourite available from the reopen date along with the full menu. While Sydney has been in lockdown we’ve been experimenting with some tasty new additions that have been running in our Queensland locations. These new tasty dishes will also be available when Darling Harbour reopens.
Mushroom Karaage – bite-sized mushrooms battered and served with Japanese mayo.
Lemon Meringue Gyoza – Delicious lemon curd hand-wrapped in gyoza skin and crispy fried to order topped with meringue pieces!

Harajuku Gyoza are known for filling up our Instagram feed and our bellies with their super cute items like the Raindrop cake, Giant Japanese Souffle Pancake and Foot long Fries.
This winter, Harajuku Gyoza Beer Stadium Darling Harbour will play host to a special dine-in pop-up from a popular market food stall, Omu Sydney!
This tasty pop-up will be running from July and will offer two tasty versions of the traditional Japanese omelet rice (known as Omu Rice) for dinner Wed- Fri, and for lunch and dinner on weekends.
Miki – originally from Fukuoka, Japan, started her food stall – Omu Sydney in December 2020 at markets across Sydney and quickly become a social media sensation with customers waiting up to 2-3 hours.
The popular omelette rice dish became an online sensation after eccentric Kyoto-based Japanese chef ‘Kichi Kichi’ shared his unique rice dish on youtube, sharing his energetic cooking and love of sharing his dish with customers from across the world. Check out Kichi Kichi on Youtube here.

If you were using the Harajuku Gyoza app, it’s okay. Feel free to remove the Harajuku Gyoza app from your phone. From April 14, you will no longer be able to pay for your orders or redeem or accrue points through the app.
Do I just use my log in details from the app in the new system? Sorry Sorry, you will need to create a new account in the new system with the same email address.
What happens to the points I earned through the app? Any existing points will be waiting in our new system for you. To claim your points you will need to create an account on our QR ordering using the same email address.
Unsure which email account you used? Our team can help identify which email you used when you signed up for the app. After you create your new account you can then update your email address if you need to.

Black Sesame Ice Cream Beer – Thick & creamy with lots of body. This beer has been sweetened with lactose to create the complete ice-cream experience. Expect to find a nuttiness from black sesame seeds and light malty chocolate flavour.
Matcha Ice Cream Beer – Thick & creamy with lots of body. Sweetened with Lactose for the complete ice-cream experience. Grassy/herbal green tea flavour from Japanese Matcha powder.
Most of the craft beer you find on the taps at your favourite Harajuku Gyoza are created by our friends over at Yoyogi Brewing Co.
They use Japanese brewing techniques to create the range of core range beers and range of special release beers throughout the year.
