    • A message from Management about COVID-19

To All Our Harajuku Gyoza Guests,

Though we are closed for dining in, we still have some takeaway and delivery options and so we would like to reach out to you to reassure you about how we are dealing with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation as it unfolds.

We are closely monitoring the developments and adhering to the guidelines and updates from Queensland Health, The Australian Department of Health and the World Health Organisation (WHO).

We have prioritised and maintained the highest levels of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety. In addition to our existing food health procedures, we are also taking additional proactive measures in all Harajuku Gyoza restaurants including:

      • Additional cleaning and sanitation in areas of high points of contact at every shift
      • Clean and sanitise entry and exits points to the restaurant
      • Equipping our teams and facilities with proper training, tools and sanitation materials

Additionally, we are putting extra attention and care into our takeaway and food delivery services and regularly monitoring staff health at the beginning of every shift.

Some of our restaurants remain open for takeaways and deliveries. As this is an evolving situation, you may see certain restaurants adjusting hours or modifying operations in the interest of the safety of our team and our customers.

We urge all of you to also take the precautions recommended by our local health care officials to protect yourself and those around you when collecting takeaways.

Combined with your efforts and ours, we hope to weather this situation well and for life to get back to normal as soon as possible.

We wish everyone good health and we hope for a rapid containment of the virus during these stressful and unprecedented times.

Harajuku Gyoza is still available for some takeaway and home delivery services. Stay tuned to our social media, download our app to order ahead or look for us on the delivery apps.

We hope to see your happy faces back in our venues soon.

    • What will Potts Point look like?

The new Potts Point Harajuku Gyoza will have lots of timber, lots of colour, some Japanese pop and Tokyo style. Right now we’re hammering and sawing and tiling and painting. But it won’t be long now until Sydney has its first crazy cool izakaya gyoza bar. We think we will be open sometime in early September. So keep your eye on Bayswater Road in Potts Point and keep your appetite because the yum and fun is about to come.
